Villa Colomba is an unpretentious and much loved family holiday home, set in a very peaceful location on rising ground in the undulating hills of Umbria. With spectacular views, Villa Colomba sits on the edge of a small and friendly village some ten miles south west of Perugia, in an idyllic location. It sleeps 6 -8 and is comfortably furnished in simple rustic style. It has been carefully restored, keeping the original terracotta floors and exposed beams. The two floors, in typical Umbrian fashion, are joined by an external staircase. The house is centrally heated, and has a wood-burning stove in the large fireplace in the living room for winter. It is available to let all year round.

Swimming pool, 9 metres x 5 metres, with broad steps leading to the shallow end. The pool is visible from and close to the house.

The village has a well stocked shop, and there are supermarkets and other shops in nearby villages, as well as cantinas (for wine lovers!). In the village, five minutes away from the house, there is a small pitch to have a 'kickabout' on, but watch out for the Italian skills!
